Winter Graduation Campus Photo Sessions

Looking for something extra special? Book a private 45-minute photography session on Highfield Campus and receive professional graduation photographs taken at your favourite university locations, from iconic landmarks to the places where you've spent countless hours studying.

Bring friends, family and classmates. Everyone is welcome! We even have graduation gowns available to borrow free of charge, so your session doesn't have to take place on the same day as your ceremony.

All this for just £60 per session.

Each session includes:

• 30-minute shoot with a professional photographer
• 15-minute photo review so you can choose your favourites
• 5 professionally edited digital photographs

We can also provide framed prints of your photographs for an additional cost: £8 for one print or £20 for three prints.

Terms and Conditions apply. Please note that this is not a replacement for the University's formal graduation photography offer, and we are unable to provide individual photographs with degree scrolls.

Terms & Conditions

1. These sessions must be booked in advance.
2. Sessions are only available during the University of Southampton Winter Graduation period, between 9am and 4pm on 15-17 December.
3. Printed photographs will be supplied on the day where possible. Collection details will be provided if immediate printing is unavailable.
4. Payment must be made in full before photographs are released.
5. Campus photo sessions are subject to photographer availability.
6. Each campus photo session includes up to 5 professionally edited digital photographs, which will be delivered electronically following the session. Additional edited photographs can be purchased for £5 per image.
7. Edited photographs will normally be delivered within 14 days of the session and will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking. Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
8. Sessions may be postponed, rescheduled or relocated in the event of adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do have indoor alternative photo opportunities in Building 42 in the event of poor weather.
9. Participants are responsible for arriving on time for their booked session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and we cannot guarantee that lost time can be extended.
10. Campus photo sessions are intended for graduates and small groups of family and friends. Larger groups may require additional time and are subject to photographer approval.
11. Photographs are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior permission.
12. By participating, you agree that photographs may be taken during the session. Separate consent will be sought for any promotional use of images by SUSU.
13. Refunds are only available if a session is cancelled by SUSU or the photographer and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
14. The photographer retains artistic discretion over the selection and editing of photographs delivered as part of the package.
15. Raw, unedited photographs will not be provided.
16. Requests for additional editing beyond the standard editing style may be declined or may incur an additional charge.
17. Any graduation gowns borrowed from SUSU must be returned in the condition they were provided and by the agreed return time.
