About this event
Jorge teaches our morning Tuesday classes. He includes all parts of the body and mind in yoga with a multi-style practice, focusing on helping with daily stress throug breathing (pranayma), concentration (dharna) & mediation (dhyana).
This class is open to yogis at all levels.
