About this event
Yogasoc runs classes in various styles of yoga - Classical Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Meditation, with classes designed for all abilities (with some more challenging classes!). All sessions are run by qualified and experienced Yoga teachers - Mirka, Zoe and Michelle and incorporate asanas (postures), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if your prefer!
Don't be afraid- all classes are beginner friendly and there is no judgement whatsoever!! Our classes are all about making time for yourself and helping to clear your headspace throughout your studies. We would love to see you there!!
Zoe has been doing yoga for 18 years and has recently begun her teaching journey. She is passionate about the health benefits of yoga on the body and mind. Zoe is great for beginners and those with a bit more practice alike, giving a variety of different options to suit you! She is also a passionate photographer. She likes moving through the different Chakras, opening each in turn to create greater balance throughout the body! This helps you relax and reset your body- great when stressed.
