About this event

Southampton Aquathlon 2025

Date: Sunday 16th March 2025

Location: Southampton University

The Southampton Aquathlon is a charity Aquathlon race open to all. 2025 will be our first race open to the public and we are excited to open our doors to non-members.

The race will take place in Southampton, Highfield, with the start and finish on the beautiful Southampton University campus.

The swim is in an 8-lane 25m pool, with an indoor transition, and the run course is a short venture into the University campus before heading out to the Southampton common which is home to the second busiest UK Parkrun, then finishing back on University grounds.

Being in March, we understand for many of our competitors, it will be the first race of the season, and for many the first ever race, we look forward to hosting an inclusive race. This will be a great opportunity to see how well winter training went, set a benchmark for later races or experience a multisport race.

Money raised from this event will be going towards FND Hope UK, a charity close to our hearts. https://fndhope.org/
