Reformer Pilates

About this event

This semester we are working with the pilates on the avenue studio in portswood to offer our members discounted reformer pilates classes! 

Reformer pilates involves advanced equipment which is why the cost is a bit extra. 

Please arrive to this class 10 minutes earlier so you have time to fill in a quick questionnaire about any medicial issues and for you to have an introduction to the equipment.
