• Introductions themselves
• Look at situations where using a peanut ball would be helpful
• Ensure that they have completed the first four lessons of the course, e.g. inflating the 
peanut balls, storage, cleaning, covering them, sizing the peanut balls and 
contraindications for using the peanut balls
• Overview of the day
• Benefits of rhythmical rocking, shaking the apples with a rebozo
• The latest research if not yet been added to the course
