Grad Ball 2025

About this event

It's time... you're invited to Grad Ball 2025 on Saturday 7 June 2025, from 19:00 - 02:00.

We're excited to bring you lots of entertainment and plenty of beautiful photo opportunities, with more details to be announced soon.

Grad Ball will take place at your students' union, which will be transformed for the celebration of your time at Southampton. The dress code is Dress to impress, so please dress however you see fit!

Below outlines each ticket tier:

EARLY BIRD TICKETS NOW SOLD OUT!

General release tickets will be on sale from 10 April* for £28.00 + booking fee.

Final release tickets will be on sale from 2 May* for £33.00 + booking fee.

*Ticket tiers will sell to the stated date, or until all tickets within the tier are sold.

All tickets are currently open to final-year students only. Depending on availability, we may open tickets to other students and plus ones, once final-years have had the opportunity to book.

Free Winchester Safety Bus Tickets

This free ticket will give you free transport from Winchester Riverside Way Halls to the event and back.

• Pick-up location for outgoing journey: Moorside Road (near Riverside Way Halls entrance) in Winchester
• Pick-up location for return journey: SUSU Safety Bus stop at Highfield

There are 2 travel times (please only book one ticket per person). The bus departure times each way are mentioned in the ticket name. Please stick to these travel times as we have a limited number of seats in our minibus.

If you are not waiting at the bus stop at the advertised time, your seat will be offered to another student.

Bag and Pocket Searches
Before you enter we will ask to search your bags and pockets - this is to ensure everyone's safety during our event.

Photography & Filming
Photography and filming will take place at this event. This content may be shared on social media, on our website, and in marketing materials. If you have any questions or concerns please contact sucomms@soton.ac.uk
Please note that you will need to buy a Grad Ball entry ticket alongside your free transport ticket in order for the Winchester travel ticket to be valid. Any travel bookings by customers who have not purchased entry to the event will be cancelled 

Refund information
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed. Please see our full terms and conditions for further information.
