Freshers Indie Night: Arctic Monkeys Tribute

Calling all indie fans – get ready for an unforgettable night of live music, big singalongs and incredible party vibes at our Indie Night! 

Taking to the stage are Mardy Bums, the acclaimed Arctic Monkeys tribute band, performing a live set packed with the Sheffield legends' biggest hits. Expect all the classics, from I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor and When the Sun Goes Down to 505, Fluorescent Adolescent and more. 

Once the live music finishes, the party doesn't stop! Our DJ takeover will keep the energy high with a soundtrack of the very best indie anthems from Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Oasis, Kasabian, The Courteeners, The Libertines, Blossoms and more.

We are expecting it to be a crowded event.
The capacity for this event is between 500 to 800 people.

Welfare Space  
The welfare space for this event will be the Advice Centre in Building 40.

This event will have flashing lights.

Food  
There will be no food to purchase at this event.

Toilets  
There will be disabled, female, and male toilets available in Building 40.

Seating  
There will be some seating available at this event. 

Alcohol  
There will be alcohol for sale at this event.
There will be free drinking water available at this event.

Accessibility  
There are lifts and step-free access points available at all our events.

Safety Bus  
The Safety Bus will be running from Crescent on Highfield Campus from 21:00 till 03:00. 

British Sign Language  
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide BSL, however if you have your own support, they are more than welcome to join.
