Empower wednesday session 7th October

About this event

Come along to our all-girls training session at 6:30pm run by our amazing PT in the Jubilee Sports Centre. It was so lovely to meet you all last week, we hope to see you all again and kick off the year for Empower for our first session!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to work out in, we will be focusing on stretching and mobility exercises as well as functional strength movements. 

These sessions are open to all abilities! 

You must have one of the following memberships: 

Free Empower Membership (pay as you go) - please select this option to pay for this session if you do not have a membership 

Year/Semester membership - please select this option for this session if you have already paid for either the year/semester membership
