Experience a sophisticated black-tie affair at the prestigious Hilton DoubleTree Hotel on December 6th, from 7 PM to 1 AM.

Dining Experience

Indulge in an exquisite three-course meal. After booking, all guests must complete the provided Microsoft Form to select their menu choices from:

Starters:

• Roast tomato & red pepper soup with basil oil (Vegan, Gluten-free)
• Ham hock terrine with pear chutney and toasted sourdough
• Goat's cheese, pear & watercress salad with red wine & herb dressing (Vegetarian, Gluten-free)

Main Course:

• Traditional butter roast turkey with sage & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, sea salt roast potato & parsnips, carrots, sprouts & gravy
• Roast fillet of sea bream in white wine, lemon & chive sauce (Gluten-free)
• Cumin butternut squash & lentil Wellington with roast onion gravy (Vegan)

Desserts:

• Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce (Vegan)
• Chocolate cheesecake with orange & mint compote (Vegan)
• Raspberry frangipane tart with red berry coulis (Vegan, Gluten-free)
