About this event

Join us again this year for our annual ChemSoc Winter Ball!

Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, your ticket includes an arrival cocktail, a two-course set meal, and photos taken by a professional photographer.

The ball extends to friends, partners, housemates, and all! If your guest(s) do not go to the University, or they are not chemistry students, multiple tickets can be bought with the free membership (if they aren't students then you will have to buy their tickets). There will be a form sent out for you to fill in letting us know who you would like to sit with and agreement to the T&Cs!

We can't wait to see you all there!

TIMINGS: 7pm arrival to be seated for 7:45pm, with the event closing at 1am

DRESS: Formal attire
