Brecon Beacons Away Trip

Hello Hillwalkers,
Congratulations, you have now got a place on the Brecon Beacons Away Trip!!!
To secure your place on the trip, you now need to complete the medical form, make the payment for the trip and have an active paid membership with the club by 23:00 (11pm) on Friday 11th April. Paid membership can be obtained from the SUSU website here: https://www.susu.org/groups/hillwalking
If payment and the medical form are not received by 23:00 (11pm) on Friday 11th April, we will offer your place to someone on the reserve list. We therefore advise you to sort everything out as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

Payment
The trip cost is £56 for the 2-night trip, please pay using the payment link above by 23:00 (11pm) on Friday 11th May.
This payment link is provided by SUSU and used wonderful a third party company. To make payment using this method, you must have a UK bank account and have online banking.
If you do not have either of these and are unable to make payment using this link then please reply to us and we will make alternative arrangements.
If you would like to pay this in two instalments due to financial difficulties, please let us know by replying to this email and we will make further arrangements.
We would prefer it if you pay via bank transfer, but we can accept cash. Please reply to this email if you want to pay in cash so we can make suitable arrangements.
Medical Form
You will need to fill out a medical form to attend the trip. Please take your time and let us know any medical/dietary/other important information that we will need to know to ensure that you are safe and catered for on the trip. Membership
Paid membership is required for this trip and can be obtained under the membership tab here: https://www.susu.org/groups/hillwalking
If you are not a current student, you will also need an associate membership with SUSU that can be obtained here: https://www.susu.org/about-susu/membership/
If you have paid membership, have completed the medical form, and made the payment for the trip cost before the deadline then your place on the trip will be secured.
The bunkhouse does not provide sheets or a duvet so you will NEED to bring a sleeping bag. If you do not have your own then you can borrow a club sleeping bag free of charge. If you will need to borrow a sleeping bag then please let us know on the medical form or by sending us an email.
