Experience and practice how to work with your breath and direct your awareness with Breath and BodyMind Coach Francesca from Breathe and Recover.
Using a combination of Nervous System education and Hatha Yoga breathwork practices, you will be guided through self-regulating BodyMind techniques that you can use to form a daily habit as well as to respond to moments of high stress.
Practice, ask questions, and meet with like-minded people during the workshop. The session is designed to be fully accessible to all, and will be adapted to meet everyone’s needs.”
