Good Evening from Toastrack!

 

Thank you for signing up to go to the "Simply British" rally at the Beaulieu Motor Museum tomorrow, Sunday 27th!

Please read on for practical details...

 

Where:

Please meet us at our garage in B61 (Ship Science Store). You can find this on Google Maps as well as W3W (///driver.paints.matter).

 

When:

Please arrive at around 09:00, aiming for a 09:30 departure. We will be exhibiting at Beaulieu the whole day, and aiming to be back at Highfield Campus at around 17:30. If you are running late in the morning, call me on 07546774511, or we may have to leave without you!

 

How:

We are making the journey to and from Beaulieu in Toastrack. There is no protection from the wind or weather on the bus, so please bring a coat with you as well as suncream! It will be sunny and dry the whole day, and although the National Motor Museum is indoors, the "Simply British" rally will be outside.

 

What:

Note: Beaulieu has an on-site restaurant offering hot food as well as cakes and ice-cream, you can see the menu here: https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/Brabazon-Main-Menu_SUMMER25_page2-3.pdf If you're not keen on this and would like to bring a packed lunch instead, note that the on-campus SUSU shop will be closed this weekend, so please plan ahead! The on-campus Costa, as well as Sainsbury's Local on Burgess Road, will both be open.
