Itinerary

Departure
08:45: Meet at Centenary Building 100, Highfield Interchange.
09:00: Departure from Highfield.
09:15: Winchester Students to arrive at The Broadway bus stop, near King Alfred Statue.
09:20: WSA Student Collection and depart to Oxford

Coach Journey
Enjoy a relaxing journey to Oxford with a short rest break along the way.

Oxford Arrival
11:00: Arrive in Oxford. Start the day with a 90-minute guided walking tour of the city. Discover famous landmarks such as the Radcliffe Camera, the Bodleian Library, Oxford Museum, Indoor Market and the charming streets of Oxford.

Lunch
12:30 - 13:30: Break for lunch. Enjoy a meal at one of Oxford's many eateries, or bring a packed lunch to enjoy in one of the city's picturesque spots.

Free Time
13:30 - 17:00: Spend your afternoon exploring Oxford at your leisure. Shop for unique items, visit museums, or take a punt on the river.

Departure
17:00: Depart from Oxford.

Arrival in Southampton
18:10: Return to Winchester, Broadway Bus Stop, near King Alfreds Statue. 
18:30: Return to campus, Centenary Building, marking the end of a fantastic day.

• Your ticket provides you with travel for the day, a designated tour guide for the walking tour and members of SUSU staff in attendance for any support required.
• Lunch is not provided, but time have been scheduled for you to purchase food and drink.
• In the occasion of bad weather, the booking will be postponed or cancelled and refunded.
• If you are based in Winchester and plan to join from there, please select the 'Winchester' ticket.
• Please note once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only), venue or show time). About this event

Join us for a relaxing Crafternoon where you can get creative decorating your own bookmark. Bring along any books you’d like to swap and take part in our book exchange - find something new to read while connecting with fellow students.

All materials for bookmark decorating will be provided within the ticket, so prebook or just drop in and enjoy!

Get crafty ahead of Easter and create your own pom-pom chick, bunny, or Easter egg! All materials are provided, and it’s just £1.50 to take part. Drop in, have fun, and take home your handmade creation!

Put on your skates and roll into a night of fun at our Easter Roller Disco!

Enjoy skating to a great playlist under dazzling lights. Skates and safety equipment are provided, so just bring yourself and your friends for a retro evening of laughs and good vibes! 

Please come to the venue 15 minutes before your slot to collect your skates and protective gear. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your chosen start time, your ticket may be re-sold to someone else, so please arrive in plenty of time! 

Terms and Conditions

Safety guards including knee and elbow pads, and helmets will be provided and you will be required to wear them. 

Socks must be worn when wearing skates. 

No food or drink to be brought into the skating arena. 

Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, or anyone under the influence, will not be permitted on the premises. 

SUSU is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. 

While skating; no pushing, fast skating, playing tag, or suddenly stopping at any time on the skate floor is permitted, as these actions will jeopardize the safety of other skaters. 

Please skate in an anti-clockwise direction, unless otherwise instructed by the SUSU staff. 

No skates are to be worn in the toilets, please remove beforehand. 

No skates/rollerblades to be worn entering or leaving the building.
